- ID requirements — typically 6-20 characters, letters and numbers only, and must not already be taken by another user.
- Change frequency — BIGO Live usually allows a limited number of ID changes for free; subsequent changes may require spending Beans (earned in-app currency).
- Update your top-up records — if you regularly top up diamonds through a reseller using your old ID, make sure to use the new ID for future orders (on our BIGO topup page, just enter the new ID).
